DOL SA announces that on 3.2.2010, was signed a notarial deed, to acquire 50% of the share capital of the company CITY RADIO ENTERPRISES SA for a consideration of 1.500.000 euros through the purchase of 155.000 shares owned by PETRIE INVESTMENT LIMITED.

The company CITY RADIO ENTERPRISES SA, owns the radio station VIMA FM (ex CITY FM)
