RESOLUTION

The Board of Directors of Lambrakis Press SA convened ad-hoc on the grievous announcement of the passing away of its Executive President

Christos D. Lambrakis

unanimously resolved to

1. Express their deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.

2. Attend the funeral ceremony.

3. Lay a funeral wreath on behalf of the Board of Directors.

4. Keep the offices of the Lambrakis Press SA closed during the funeral ceremony.

5. Fly the flags at the company offices at half-mast for five days.

6. Have this resolution published.

Furthermore, the Board of Directors unanimously resolved to establish the scholarship program “Christos Lambrakis”, regarding to studies in Greece and abroad for employees' children at Lambrakis Press Group and its subsidiary companies..
