TILETIPOS SA was established in 1989 by Lambrakis Press SA, Ethnos Publications SA, C.K. Tegopoulos SA, Geniki Ekdotiki Ellados - Mesimvrini SA and Kathimerini Newspaper Publishing SA.

The company’s purpose is operating television stations and producing television programs.

In 1989 the company established the free-to-air television station"Mega Channel", which has since maintained one of the top television stations in Greece in terms of viewership and attracted advertisement spending.

The company’s shares are listed on the Athens Stock Exchange in 1994.

STUDIO ΑΤΑ is active in producing, editing and finishing television movies and offering studio services. For more than 20 years, the company remains one of the most acknowledged producers of television programs.

"PAPASOTIRIOU S.A." was established in 1993 with a 50-year duration. The company is currently the largest bookstore chain in Greece specializing in scientific and technical books of various disciplines. "PAPASOTIRIOU SA" operates 25 bookstores all over Greece and an internet bookstore (www.papasotiriou.gr) featuring 20,000 Greek and more than 60,000 foreign book titles along with 7,000 CD-ROM titles. All the stores in the chain feature a special multimedia department.

ARGOS S.Α.

"ΑRGOS S.Α." was established in 1998 with a 12-year duration (2010) by Lambrakis Press SA. In February 1999 the company broadened its shareholding base with 13 additional newspaper and magazine publishers that are eminent in the Greek publishing market. After acquiring the required license, the company is active in distributing press all over Greece.

Currently, ARGOS SA is the largest press distribution agency in Greece, operating the most extensive organized nation-wide distribution network for newspapers and magazines
