TOURISM BUSINESS SECTOR
In 1999, Travel Plan, the Lambrakis Press
Organization's tourism business sector, further
enhanced its leading position in this business
sector, while simultaneously expanding its
high quality services to new specialized forms
of tourist services. At the same time, it
was decided to spin off the tourism business
from the parent company's activities and transfer
its assets and business to Eurostar S.A.,
in which Lambrakis Press has an indirect participation
of 100% via its subsidiary LP Digital. Eurostar
S.A. will be renamed Travel Plan and head
the Group's tourism business sector.
