PARTICIPATIONS - NEW COLLABORATIONS

ARGOS S.A.: The new
press distribution agency, in which
Lambrakis Press holds a 38.5% stake,
started its operations. |

WINGED HERMES S.A.: The new company,
specialized in the mass distribution
of printed matter and other products,
is initially founded as a 100% subsidiary
of Lambrakis Press S.A. Its shareholders
now include the National Bank of Greece,
which acquired a 15% stake during its
capital increase and LP Digital, itself
a 100% subsidiary of Lambrakis Press
which, within the context of the Group's
restructuring, acquired 50% of the distribution
company.

ACTION PLAN S.A.: The new company,
which provides integrated Call Centre
and Customer Relations Management services,
is established as a 100% subsidiary
of Lambrakis Press S.A. Following its
capital increase, the National Bank
of Greece acquired a 15% interest, while
in the course of the Group's restructuring,
50% of its shares were acquired by LP
Digital, itself a 100% subsidiary of
Lambrakis Press.

MICROLAND COMPUTERS S.A.: Lambrakis
Press S.A. acquires 15% of the company,
which owns a chain of computer stores
under the same name. The company was
later floated on the Athens Stock Exchange's
parallel market, in December 1999. |
