Lambrakis Press S.A. acquires a majority stake
in the television production company Studio
ATA S.A., through a direct participation and
an indirect acquisition (via its subsidiary
Videostar S.A., subsequently renamed Lambrakis
Press Communications).

Lambrakis Press S.A. bought out the publishing
company N.Theophanidis S.A., owner of the
magazines ROMANTSO (Romance), VEDETTA (Starlet),
PANTHEON and GAMOS (Marriage). The company
is fully liquidated in 1996, with Lambrakis
Press retaining the right to issue the magazines
ROMANTSO, VEDETTA and PANTHEON. Semi-annual
magazine GAMOS is published for the first
time, and becomes part of the Lambrakis Press
publications.
