NEW COLLABORATIONS - ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW COMPANIES

PORTALS - VORTALS


February PHAISTOS NETWORKS S.A.: LP Digital S.A. acquired 60% of the company, which owns Pathfinder, the second largest Greek portal.
April SPORTS SITE S.A. The Lambrakis Press Group and the Greek publishing company IMAKO agreed to establish a joint venture operating a new sports portal. Subsidiary Ramnet S.A. will own 50% of its share capital.


INTERNET ACCESS

January ACN S.A.: LP Digital acquired a 15% stake in the company with a view to expanding its operations as an Internet service provider (ISP) and as a provider of infrastructure for network telecommunications.


E-COMMERCE, E-TRADING

April EUROBANK ON LINE S.A.: LP Digital collaborated with EFG Eurobank, on a commission basis, in order to set up the company responsible for on-line stock transactions, which are then executed by Eurobank Securities.
June P & K ON LINE S.A.: The Lambrakis Press Group and brokerage firm P & K Capital agreed to found a company, which will carry out on-line stock transactions. LP Digital will participate in the new company with a 33% stake.

B2B SERVICES

May E-VENTURE: The Lambrakis Press Group collaborated with the Alpha Bank Group, the Intracom Group and the Telesis Investment Bank (formerly Dorian Bank), and jointly created a company whose object is to provide corporate funding to advanced technology companies. LP Digital S.A. will participate in the venture with a 30% stake.
