firm P & K Capital agreed to found a

Press Group collaborated with the Alpha
Bank Group, the Intracom Group and the
Telesis Investment Bank (formerly Dorian
Bank), and jointly created a company
whose object is to provide corporate

the venture with a 30% stake. |
