Lambrakis Press S.A. acquires 100% of printing
concern Ithomi Ekdotiki Ektypotiki S.A., active
in the field of commercial printing. The company's
absorption by Lambrakis Press S.A. was completed
in 1997. Known today as the Inofita printing
plant, the company was absorbed into Iris
S.A.'s assets in 1999. The printing plant
owns state-of-the-art commercial high-speed
printing presses and covers all of Lambrakis
Press' printing needs concerning the magazines
it publishes, as well as printing magazines
and other material on behalf of third parties.
Lambrakis Press S.A. buys out publishing concern
D.E. Ekdotiki Ltd , owner of SUPER ANGELIES
(Super Ads), a free newspaper exclusively
carrying classified advertisements and, since
1996, of STAVROLYNO (Crossword-solving), a
magazine for leisure time. The Company's participation
in D.E. Ekdotiki E.P.E. was transferred to
Ch.Lambrakis in 1998.
Lambrakis Press acquire a 50% stake in Linguaphone
S.A., active in the field of training programmes
for companies and individuals.
Through its 100% subsidiary Multimedia S.A.,
Lambrakis Press expand its activities into
the field of digital prepress production.
Following a series of important and continuous
investments through to the present day, the
company provides integrated services for both
the Lambrakis Press publications and those
of third parties. |
